Terms & Conditions of Sale

These General Terms govern any purchase made through carolinamar.studio between Carolina Mar Studio (the "Seller") and the customer (the "Buyer"). They are drafted in accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

Pricing and taxes

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include the applicable Spanish VAT (IVA). Shipping costs are displayed before the order is confirmed.

Order and contract formation

The contract is formed when the Seller sends an order confirmation by email. The Seller may refuse an order in case of stock unavailability, suspected fraud or pricing error.

Payment

Payment is processed at checkout via secure third-party providers (e.g. Stripe). The Seller does not store full card details.

Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–7 business days. Estimated delivery times are indicative; in any case, delivery shall not exceed 30 days from order confirmation, in accordance with Article 109 of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.

Conformity and legal guarantee

Goods carry a 3-year legal guarantee of conformity in accordance with Articles 114 et seq. of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (transposing EU Directive 2019/771). Handcrafted variations in colour, texture or shape are characteristic of the product and are not considered defects.

Online dispute resolution

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. The consumer may bring a claim before the courts of their own domicile.
