Shipping

We dispatch from A Coruña, Spain. Orders are typically prepared within 3–7 business days and shipped via tracked courier. Estimated transit times: Spain 1–3 days, EU 3–7 days, rest of the world 7–14 days. In any case, delivery will not exceed 30 days from order confirmation.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to return it for any reason, in accordance with the EU right of withdrawal (see the dedicated page). Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

Damaged or incorrect items

Each piece is carefully packed, but breakages occasionally happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged, write to hola@carolinamar.studio within 14 days, attaching photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of our receipt of the returned item, in accordance with Article 107 of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.
